How to do Strides

Are you interested in changing up your running routine? Adding some variety to your training can help you to gain both strength and speed.

Our very own Coach Becky shared this awesome video on how to do strides with our Half and Full Marthon training group and we want to share it with ALL runners! She demonstrates 50 yard strides at 90% effort with a full minute to recover in between. Consider adding strides into your running routine!
