Fire Hydrants and Donkey Kicks **With some Special Guests**

Coach Natalie and and her special guests have created two videos to demonstrate Fire Hydrant and Donkey Kick exercises.

In the first video, Coach Natalie and Olaf demonstrate how to do Fire Hydrants. This exercise helps to strengthen (and tone!) your glutes. This exercise improves hip movements and flexibility.

In the next video, Coach Natalie and her lovely assistant Alé demonstrate how to do Donkey Kicks. This exercise helps you to improve stability as well as tone the gluteus maximus. Strong glutes help to increase your speed and agility.
