We offer a variety of programs throughout the year. Whether you are a beginner or advanced runner looking for a specific time, we can help get you ready.

Each program is lead by a certified coach and supported by seasoned runners to help lead group runs and support your training.

Each program may vary slightly, but here are the perks for each program:

  • Customized Pace Chart which teaches what pace to run for interval, tempo, easy & long

Join us in training for a 5k (Valparaiso Family YMCA - Ringing in Spring 5K) PLUS 3 weeks later FINISHING a 10K (Race the Regions - When Pigs Fly 10K)
